Moose in Maine?

So on my current trip I have been to two places that "suppose" to have a high level population of Moose. WELLLLL so far I have seen nothing to support those claims. Tomorrow We are going to try one more place. Maybe we will get lucky, but so far the feeling is we won't see a thing. OH and the roads we went on were void of any kind of animals except crows. That is very weird.

Only Moose we have seen so far.

Edwin B Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge (Video)

This is a video I put together of my favorite pictures I took while visiting Edwin B Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge this summer. Going to try to visit there again this winter to see what wildlife passes through in the winter months.

Cute Turtle on log

Awesome sign I found. Only one of its kind I have seen in the park so far.

Some chairs where an old house USE to be. It was torn down some time this year. I saw the house earlier this yeah and wanted to check it out, but I was to late.

Bonus Video

Ospreys at The Edwin B. Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge feeding her babies. Some of this is a bit shaky due to taking the video while in a car. Due to the location (and massive amount of flies) I could not get out to set up my tripod.
